1. What is Dashboard View?
Dashboard view is a view that allows you to display multiple views side by side on a single screen.
You can freely arrange other views such as tables, boards, calendars, and charts as "widgets" in this way.
What's even more convenient is that you can combine separate databases into a single screen.
For example, you can place views of a task database and a goal management database side by side, allowing you to check information all at once without having to navigate between pages.

2. How to create a Dashboard View
Here's how to create a Dashboard view.
Add a Dashboard View
- Click the "+" (Add View) button in the top left of the database and select "Dashboard".
- A Dashboard view will be created and the edit mode will open.
Add widgets
You can create new widgets or choose existing views. You can also display views from other databases.
- Click the "+" button and select the widget you want to display.
- If you want to display another database, select the view and then choose the database from "Source."

You can place a maximum of 4 widgets per row.
You can add up to 12 widgets in total on a dashboard.
Rearrange and resize widgets
Once added, widgets can be freely repositioned by dragging and dropping after clicking the edit button in the top right corner.
You can also adjust the vertical and horizontal size by hovering your cursor below or next to a widget.
Once the layout is set, exiting the edit mode will return you to the display mode.
Since the edit mode and display mode are separate, there's no need to worry about accidentally messing up the layout when you're just viewing it.
Display only the information you want with filters
The Dashboard view allows you to use two types of filters.
One type of filter is applied to each widget. This allows you to fine-tune what's displayed within each widget, for example, "show only today's tasks" or "show only my assigned tasks."
The other is "global filtering," which is unique to the Dashboard view.
This feature allows you to apply filters to all widgets on the dashboard at once, from the filter icon in the top right corner of the view.
This saves you the trouble of setting each view individually, and it's useful when you want to "see only what's assigned to me" or "see only this month's items."
3. Dashboard View Use Cases
Here are some specific ways to use the Dashboard view.
3-1. Task Management Dashboard
The first is a task management dashboard.
This is a recommended way to easily check and review your daily tasks.

- "Today's Tasks" list: Filter the list view by "Date is today."
- Board by progress: Board view of the task list.
- Number of tasks completed this month: Numerical value of completed tasks, filtered by "Date is this month."
- Completed tasks graph by month: Bar graph of completed tasks for each month.
By displaying the number of tasks completed this month and a graph of completed tasks for each month, you can also use it for monthly reviews.
It's recommended to place it on a page you open daily, as it allows you to see both what you need to do today and your accumulated progress.
3-2. Social Media Management Dashboard
The second is a social media posting management dashboard.
You can manage daily posts with a board view of post ideas and progress, and a calendar, while reviewing with charts.
By placing widgets, you might even be able to manage multiple social media accounts all on one dashboard.
