Job hunting is something everyone experiences at least once in their life. With resumes and interviews, it can be quite daunting.
Job hunting is already a difficult process, but one of the toughest parts is managing your schedule and tasks up until the day of the job.
This time, we will introduce a ``job hunting notebook template'' that will help you with your job hunting!

You can manage all your job hunting information in one place, such as a schedule that gives you an overall picture of your job hunting, the selection status of each company, and a list of expected interview questions.
If you adjust it, you can also use it for job hunting, so please give it a try!

1. Understand the overall schedule for your job hunt
Job hunting often takes a long period of time, so it can be difficult to get a grasp of the big picture, such as where to start and in what order to proceed.
Before you start your job search, first get an overall picture of your job search by looking at the overall schedule.
I have created a rough schedule section in the "Overall Schedule" template, so please try changing it to suit your job hunting schedule for that year.

As your job hunting progresses, update your "status." This will help you quickly see what you've completed and what you should do next.

2. Summarize the companies you are considering
Once your job hunting begins and you attend job fairs and browse job hunting websites, you'll likely find a few companies that interest you. When that happens, make a note of them in your "Consideration Companies List" so you don't forget.

Create a new page with the "+ New" button and enter the company name in the title. We've prepared tags for your level of interest, industry, and type of aptitude test, so select each one.

The table also allows you to enter information such as the progress of the selection process, URLs for the recruitment page and personal page, file attachments, and notes. Having all the information necessary for the selection process in one place helps clear your head, so I recommend it.
💡 The type of item you want to note
As an example, we have added the following to the properties. Please try adding any other items that you find useful!
- Degree of interest
- industry
- Aptitude test (SPI/original)
- progress
- Recruitment page URL
- file
- Note
3. Manage the selection schedule
When job hunting, many companies are simultaneously conducting selection processes, so managing the submission of documents and interview schedules can be a hassle. "Company Selection Schedule" allows you to manage application and document submission deadlines, as well as interview schedules, all in one place.

After entering the company name in the title, select the selection phase (entry, interview, etc.) and the date. Make a note of anything you want to remember, such as detailed selection process information, in the memo field.

Finally, enter the company in the "Consideration Company" property. This field is linked to the "Consideration Company List" you created earlier, so you can select the company page you created.

In addition to the table view of the selection schedule, we have also prepared a board view that shows progress by category and a calendar view. With the calendar view, you can check the selection schedule like a diary.

In "Board View," you can see a list of companies by their progress, such as "Not yet applied," "Currently in selection," and "Offered." At a glance, it's easy to see how far along each company is in the selection process.

4. Prepare for your interview with a list of anticipated questions
As the selection process progresses, you will inevitably come across an interview. Many people are not good at interviews because they don't know what questions they will be asked.
This "anticipated questions book" is the tool that will help you conquer such interviews. By preparing a minimum number of questions you can think of in advance, you can reduce some of the tension and stress on the day.

To use it, simply register the questions you anticipate being asked and fill in the answers one by one. The template contains typical questions that are asked in job interviews, so try answering the questions that are included first.
If the answers to your questions vary depending on the company, select the relevant company in the "Consideration Company" property. You can also create a tab specifically for that company by narrowing down the answers to only that company.

If you come across an unexpected question during a practice interview, or if a new question comes up during the actual interview, keep adding questions so that you can use them next time.
