Notion is a note-taking app that can do anything. But at first, it can be hard to figure out how to use it, right?

1. Keep a diary
Many diary apps have appeared recently, but you can actually keep a diary with Notion just like you would with a diary app.
The key feature of a Notion diary is its high customizability, allowing you to arrange it however you like.
For example:
- Record sleep quality
- Track happiness levels
- Attach photos from the day
- Manage habits and to-dos together
And so on, it's characterized by the ability to achieve almost anything you "wish you could do."

2. Organize your favorite things
Next, we'll introduce one way to enjoy Notion: organizing your favorite things with Notion.
If you could have a page that gathered only your favorite things, it would be fun just to look at it, wouldn't it?
For example, you can create pages like these:

3. Keep a household budget
Do you keep a household budget? Many different budgeting apps have emerged recently, but they can be a bit inconvenient, with limits on the number of items you can add or the hassle of scanning receipts.
Notion actually has rich function capabilities, so you can easily calculate total amounts and percentages of your budget like this.
Also, you can create categories freely and change the appearance to your liking, so you can create a household budget that suits you.

4. Use it for studying
Study notebooks can be difficult to carry around, and before you know it, you accumulate more and more of them. Notion is also recommended as a substitute for such notebooks.
You can basically take notes just like you would on paper, adding headings and highlighting as you go. If you're taking online classes, it's also convenient to be able to directly paste screenshots.
Also, you can link your study schedule with your notes and categorize your notes, making it easy to organize scattered notes.
This method is recommended for university students, working adults attending online schools, and those studying for certifications, among others.

5. Project Management
Up until now, we've mostly covered private uses, but Notion is also recommended for work.
Among them, project management is the most compatible. Notion's Gantt chart function is very easy to use, with the key points being that you can change the period by simply moving the bars left and right, and reuse it as a template, making progress management easy.
Also, since Notion allows you to share pages with others, you can share pages with project members and collaborate on editing simultaneously.
