Hello! I'm Rei, an official Notion ambassador.
Recently, I introduced on YouTube how my brother manages his Notion databases in one place.
I'm so grateful that the video has reached over 200,000 views and received so many comments and reactions!
This time, I will explain in detail the template introduced in this YouTube video, so please read to the end!

Inside the Template.
This template allows you to manage all your databases in one place. The overall structure is this simple form!
The page is largely divided into two sections: Tag List and Memo List.
Tag List Database
The tag list is a database of tags for sorting memos. Here, you set tags like "Work," "Thoughts," and "Study," which were used to classify memos in the video.
In the template, major categories like "Work" and "Study" are set as folders, and within them, detailed tags such as "Projects" or "English Study" are set as subtasks.
When you create a new page, you'll use it by linking the tags set here via a relation.
Since you can apply multiple tags as shown in the video, it's recommended to create very detailed tags, imagining all categories of your life, like my brother does.
Memo List Database
Next, the bottom section is the Memo List database. This is where "CABINET" was in the video, the place where all memos are stored!
Once you create a new memo here, simply assign the relevant tag from the tags you created earlier in the "DB_タグ" section of the page.
For frequently used memos or memo categories you want to find quickly, applying filters and creating tabs, like my brother does, could make it even more convenient to use.
