1. What is the Template Gallery?

Notion's "templates" are a convenient feature that allows you to import official pages or pages created by various creators into your Notion and use them as they are.

With a recent update, a list of these templates has been added to Notion as a "Template Gallery"!

You can open the template gallery directly from Notion, and instantly copy templates created by various creators, including official Notion templates. (For paid templates, you will need to access the purchase screen.)

You can search for templates in broad categories such as "Lifestyle" and "Work," as well as more specific categories such as "Study Planner" and "Content Calendar."

There is also a search function, so you can easily find related templates by searching for words such as "household accounting book," or you can search for templates by creator.

2. How to use the template

From here, we will show you how to duplicate templates using the template gallery.

1. In Notion, click "Templates" at the bottom of the sidebar.

4. Check the whole page with the preview button

5. Click "Add to workspace" and select the workspace you want to add it to (*Paid templates can be purchased from the respective links)

Now you have duplicated the template! After duplicating it, you can freely edit it, so you can use it to customize it to suit your needs.
