1. What is the Template Gallery?
Notion's "templates" are a convenient feature that allows you to import pages created by official sources and various creators into your Notion and use them as is.
With a recent update, a list of these templates has been added to Notion as the "Template Gallery"!
The Template Gallery can be opened directly from Notion, allowing you to duplicate templates created by Notion's official team and various creators on the spot. (For paid templates, you will be directed to a purchase screen.)
You can search for templates by broad categories like "Life" and "Work," or by more specific categories such as "Study Planner" and "Content Calendar."
There's also a search function, so you can easily find related templates by searching for words like "household budget," or you can search for templates by creator.
2. How to use templates
From here, we'll explain how to duplicate templates using the Template Gallery.
1. In Notion, click "Templates" at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. The Template Gallery will open.
3. Find the template you want to use.
4. Click the preview button to see the overall page layout.
5. Click "Add to workspace," then select the workspace you want to add it to and add it. (Note: For paid templates, purchase from the respective links.)
Now the template has been duplicated! Once duplicated, you can freely modify it, so you can adapt it to your needs as you use it.
3. Recommended Templates for Life and Notion
